Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Quantity Surveyor’s Main Duties are as follows:

Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments to the Main Contractor, Nominated Sub-Contractors or Nominated Suppliers;
Measurement, valuation, negotiation and agreement with the Contractor/Sub-Contractor of all variations to the Contract;
Preparation of regular cost reconciliation statements of the project showing payments todate & project showing payments todate & projected final cost;
Attendance of site meeting;
Preparation & submission of final accounts for the project
