Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Building
• 2 years working experience preferably in construction environment
• Computer Literate
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prepare progress payment
• Coordinates with site team for relavant details required for final measurement
• Taking-off quantities for tender preparation
• Assist in record keeping for final measurement purposes
• Independent, good team player, meticulous
