URGENTLY REQUIRED

We are international design and consultancy firm in Jakarta, are seeking a quantity Surveyor for long term employment with the following :

Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications

S1 of reputable University major in building construction/D3 form university of Indonesia in building construction, male or female
Fluent in English verbal as well as in writing
A natural commitment to serve the client the best
A constant awareness of cost – efficiency
Has a negotiation skill
Min 5 years experience working as quantity surveyor in a qs international design and consultancy firm
Able to make tender evaluations as per international standard
Familiar with the standard method of measurement of construction work in Indonesian (the ISMM) & International Standard FIDIC
