Establish in 1973, Stag is a premium shopfittings manufacturer and interior fit-out specialist for many high-end luxury brands in the retail industry. Due to our expansion and restructuring, Stag Asia (S) Pte Ltd is looking for motivated building professionals to join our dynamic team.

Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator

The Role:

Measurement of scope, preparation of the Bill of Quantities, pricing the Bills and creation of the project budget.
Preparing cash flow projections and profit/loss forecasts.
Preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors.
Preparation of progress payment valuations, cost reports, variation valuations.

Applicant Requirements:

Candidates who possess high end retail fit-out experience would have a definite advantage but not essential though he/she should ideally be tertiary qualified with the relevant qualifications. Stag needs enthusiastic, organized and confident individuals who are looking for a challenging role. Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills are essential coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment will be key to success in this role.
