Quantity Surveyor

Job Requirement

At least more than 3 years experience & min qualification diploma
Submission of quotations for variation works
Getting quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers
Certification of sub-contractor’sm work for payment
Evaluate tenders/cost, manage contracts and advise project team in contractual matters
Cost reconciliation
Closing of final accounts for projects
Attending to all relevant administration and documentation for the project
Performing on-site measurements to verify and validate monthly progress claims from the contractors
