We are established in year 1984 and having more than 25 years over of experience specialise in waterproofing works, concrete repairs, water leakage repairs etc. In recent years, we will direct import oversea manufactured Waterproofing products products as well. We have completed more than 500 projects and covered more than 2,500,000 m2 of gross areas. We have teams of experience staffs, skilled workers and BCA register under work head CR13 L3.

We have been a supplier as well as applicator offering our valuable customers comprehensive range of products at competitive rate. We offer most kinds of waterproofing products ranging from Cementitious Crystallisation, Flexible Cementitious, Acrylic liquid applied, PU liquid applied, preformed membrane such as PVC, ECB, HDPE Self-Adhesive, APP/SBS Torch-On etc.

We specialise in waterproofing to all kinds of areas such as Basement, Tunnel, Water Tank, RC Roof, Roof Garden, PVC Laminated Metal Gutter, Concrete Treatment and Grouting Repairs. We also provide design and consultation pertaining to waterproofing works.

Our major projects included The Esplanade, Tuas Check Point 2nd Link, Immigration Building, Floroville Condominium, Changi Prison Staff Quarter, Changi Prison Cluster “A”& “B” , Home Team Academy at Choa Chu Kang, NEWater Tanks at Woodlands, KPE C421 & C422,Circle Line MRT Station C853A ,C856 & C8282, Naval Base Secondary School, Downtown Line MRT Phase 1 C908 & C905 etc. More project lists can be obtain from our company projects reference lists.

YOUR PROBLEM, OUR WORRY

Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills and presentation meetings
Responsible for claims, variation orders, cost control and settlement of final account
Getting quotation from sub-contactors and certification of sub-contractor’s progress payment
Evaluate tenders/costs, manage contracts and advise project team in contractual matters
Performing on-site measurements to verify and validate monthly progress claims from the contractors

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Building/Civil/QS
Good command in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
Preferable knowledge of contract/tender documents and able to work independently
Preferable experience in construction site with Waterproofing experience
Computer literate and latest Auto Cad
Preferable knowledge of latest Micro Station
Preferable to travel overseas project
