Quality Assurance

We are currently recruiting QA professionals. These positions are based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Skills Required

Essential:

• Two plus years of experience in IT / Telecom industry
• Exposure to Application Support and maintenance scenarios
• Exposure to quality tools
• Understanding of basic quality models and ways of working
• Hands on excel and macros
• Good communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

• Exposure to BPO processes
• Exposure to telecom processes
• Exposure to ITIL
