QC Laboratory Analyst Pfizer Asia Pacific Pte Ltd

In Singapore, our S$640 millions state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility occupying more than 22 acres at Tuas Biomedical Park produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients utilizing technological and operational best practices. We are now recruiting for the position of:

QC Laboratory Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Perform chemical analysis using wet chemistry methods and analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, particle size analyzer, etc.
Ensure that tests assigned are performed in a timely manner in accordance with validated test protocols and procedures
Perform instrument calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting
Maintain complete and accurate recordings of test results
Advise on the significance of test results and follow up with appropriate course of actions
Lead and participate in Right First Time (RFT), safety and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology, preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry
Hands-on experience in operating laboratory equipment such as HPLC and GC
Working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements related to quality is an advantage
Team player with initiative, drive and good communication skills
Able to perform 12-hour shift duties
