We are currently seeking for enthusiastic and suitable individuals to join us as:

QA Manager

Job Scope:

Quality assurance (QA) aims to ensure that the product or service an organisation provides is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. Quality manager will liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organisation to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, the quality manager advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality. The person will also monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Casino and Gaming Industry.
• Experience with land based and online gaming.
• Experience with Slot Games (Game Math, Paytables etc.)
• Experience with Gaming protocols such as SAS, X-Series etc.
• Skilled in MS Office and Project
• Interest in or desire to learn about casino gaming
• Experience with ISO 9000, Total Quality Management, and Continuous Improvement

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and strong management experience
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
• Develop Test Plans
• Coordinate test environment
• Coordinate test data management strategy
• Assist with test data identification
• Assist with test case/script design/development
• Assess automation efforts; including Stress/Performance testing.
• Assist with Test Case/Script execution
• Plan and schedule test activities
• Report test status and metrics to critical project members
