PURCHASING STAFF

Job Function

Responsible for effective & efficient purchasing activities, import administration & regular reporting

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing purchasing requisition process.
• Coordination with the Director and negotiation with the supplier in ordering the products and calculation for the selling price.
• Coordination with the delivery service provider and head of warehouse to set up the delivery time in warehouse.
• Make a regular report, documentation and administration related in Import Progression Reports.

Requirements:

• Female
• Max 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing
• Excellent in Mandarin & English is mandatory (oral & written)
• Computer Literate
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• xcellent negotiation skill
