We are a leading Japanese manufacturing company in a bonded area in Cikarang, Bekasi and are seeking a professional to fulfill the position of Production Planning & Inventory Control Staff.

Reporting to the PPIC Manager, you will be responsible for Production Planning, Controlling Inventories and Logistics function of the company. Material Arrangement (Raw Materials & Packing Materials) as per the Production schedule. Coordination with Purchase, Marketing, Stores, QC, QA, Packing, Manufacturing. A strong hands-on approach, commitment to delivery of service. You should be fluent in two or more languages, including excellent verbal and written English skills.

Personnel Specification:

Essentials:

• 20 – 30 years of age
• One or two years working experiences
• Female is encourage to apply
• Good computer literacy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Pragmatic, numerate and a strong desire to accomplish goals.
• Adept at basic problem solving but knowing when to ask.
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong focus on attention to detail, accuracy and follow up.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Sound familiar with import process / procedure

Desirable:

• Manufacturing sector experience will be a good advantage

Personal Attributes:

• You will be a true team player, act as a member of the PPIC team, and be willing to work with all colleagues on a number of varied activities
• A positive approach to the team and a willingness to take part, proactively identifying solutions

Status: Contract and immediate employment
Minimum Experience: Fresh graduates or one-two years experience
Location: Jakarta Timur – Cikarang, Bekasi
