Purchasing Assistant

Requirements

• Diploma / GCE ‘O’ Level (preferably in a purchasing related discipline)
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure

As a company’s Purchasing Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Managing purchase requisitions / purchase order processing
• Providing full administrative support to the procurement team
• Performing proactive sourcing and following up on purchasing status
• Generating purchasing reports for review

Details

• Mondays to Fridays 8.00am to 5.10pm, alternate Saturdays 8.00am to 12.10pm
• Only Singaporeans and PRs may apply
