An international ship management company in Shenton Way is looking for the best industry talents for the following Position(s):

PURCHASER

Responsibilities:

• Assist Technical Superintendent in all technical related matters
• Maintain a full record of all requisitions received from vessels or prepared in the office, coordinate with various suppliers and compare costs after quotations received.
• Compile the committed cost figure and make entries in the relevant abstract
• Filing of all technical papers received from vessels in their respective files
• Track vessels’ positions and arrange timely and regular dispatch of stores/spares/crew mail to vessels
• Record performance of company’s standard suppliers and document all complaints about them if and when received.
• Should be able to handle full spectrum of procurement, liaison and coordination of ships spares and stores.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
• GCE ‘O’ Level holders with relevant experience may apply
• One year experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
