Job Requirement

Good writting letter skills
Handle complain and assist to customer
Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English as position is required to liaise closely with Mandarin speaking personnels
Planning and executing PR campaigns: Defining goals, analysing problems and opportunities, liaising with management and agencies
Working closely with Marketing to strengthen our corporate brand identity via Above-the-line initiatives
Cultivating excellent working relations with Media
Effectively managing external Public Relations agencies
Creating and managing content for press releases and conferences, articles and communications materials
Maintaining thorough knowledge of our products (existing and new) to market the most exciting stories, news and developments
Tracking and reporting campaign progress and budgets
Managing Website content
