P.D.P AUSTRALIA PTY LTD

An Australian Consulting company that specializes in public financial management and economics is looking for Indonesian Consultans to participate in a forthcoming Jakarta based project financed by a major international donor. Most positions are from 10 to 15 months duration and will require full time work participation. Commencement in March 2009 is anticipated.

PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT

Particular skills being sought include :

Fiscal decentralization policy and planning
Intergovernmental transfer systems ( particularly the Indonesian DAU)
Forward estimates and fiscal forecasting
Specific grant systems (particularly the DAK in Indonesia)
Incentives and sanctions based intergovernmental transfers
Properly taxation reform
Planning for regional training and capacity building
Generalist public financial management skill
Computer systems applications for public financial management

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements :

Significants experience in public financial management and / or fiscal decentralization
Masters degree or higher
Good written and spoken English
Ability to work full time in Jakarta for the contracted period (10 to 15 months)
