PROPERTY OFFICERS

You will assist the Property Manager in:

• Quality management & maintenance of Public Housing Estate
• Supervision of contracts in building maintenance
• Respond to feedback
• Liaise with grassroots organisations & government agencies
• Co-ordinate projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building/Building Maintenance/Estate Management
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with Town Council experience
• Fresh Diploma Holders will also be considered

Salary: From $1,700.00
