Project Support Engineer AIDC Technology (S) Pte Ltd

AIDC Technology (S) Pte Ltd was incorporated since 1997.

We are specializing in Auto ID, Security Access Control, Biometric Security Solution, Power Supply, Surveillance System, Energy Saving Florencent Lighting and Customised Software Development for embedded Security System.

Our head office is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. And we have two factories located in Shang Dong Jinan and Shen Zhen, China.

Project Support Engineer (1 x Junior position, 1 x Senior position)

Job Description

To provide maintenance support to our system integrator.
To gather system integrators’ issue and feedback to technical team based in Shang Dong Technical Team.
To Interact effectively with users at all level and understand their requirements.
To manage resources and ensure project complete on time.
To troubleshoot and identify the root cause of system fault, and get the system back to operation mode soonest possible.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent.
Must be analytical, detailed and systemtic thinking.
Able to escalate the problem clearly to head office.
Able to read chinese technical manual / documentation received from China Office.
Those who has experiences in biometric security access control and data terminal will have advantage.
Willing to travel overseas.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior position.

The selected candidate will be trained in our headquarter in Jakarta, Indonesia.
