PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description

Plan, manage and oversee new estate Park
Ensure that all operations carried out conform to high quality & safety standards and meet customers’ contractual expectation and within budget
Responsible in monitoring the process of projects to ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining standards and cost effectiveness
Analyze & execute project based on contract
Ensure the quality, cost, and time management for the project
Keep the good relation with local government and client
Solve the problem on site and well planning skills

Job Requirement

Degree in CIVIL Engineering
Min 10 yrs’ relevant working experience in project management in Real Estate is a must
Strong leadership, interpersonal, effective writing and computing skills
Possess strong perseverance and enthusiasm
Able to work efficient, self sufficient & self driven
Good communication, interpersonal and ability to interact with all levels local authority and sub ordinates
Prefer can start work in short notice
