Project Manager JATI PIRANTI SOLUSINDO, PT (JATIS SOLUTIONS)

Jatis Group is one of the leading IT Solution and Multimedia group of companies with operation in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. Our core businesses are in providing Enterprise Application and Mobile Media Services under the brand name of Jatis Solutions, Jatis Mobile and Firium.

We are currently expanding our businesses in Mutual Fund, Data Warehouse, Mobile CRM, Payment Initiative, BREW platform, Mobile Loyalty Program and many more.

We are looking for smart, energetic and talented people to fill the following position:

PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Manage task delivery using provided methodology.
Manage timeline based on approved project plan.
Manage project expenses as approved on project initiation.
Manage risk/issue properly and escalate as necessary.
Co-ordinate the tasks, status and risk/issue with client properly through client’s Project Manager.
Build good team work within project team member.
Define the responsibility of each project team member properly.
Review the performance of each team member along the project.
Report the project status, issue, and risk to project supervisor.

Requirements:

Min. Diploma Degree with min. 4 years experience or bachelor degree with min. 3 years working experience.
Has experience min. 3 years as Team Leader or 2 years as Project Manager.
Involve in at least 2 full project cycles with min. 4 months duration.
Having technical and/or functional experiences would be preferred.
Having good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
Having good knowledge on Project Management would be preferred.
Having good communication skill.
Having good people management experiences.
Having good negotiation and presentation skill.
Willing to work overtime with minimum supervisory.
