PROJECT MANAGER INDOTURBINE, PT

We are a company running business in providing Equipments and services for Industrial, BUMN and Oil & Gas companies, immediately seeking for a professional and committed individual to fill the following positions :

PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements :

Graduate from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering minimum S-1 level preferred Master Degree with 8 years relevant experience or D-3 with 10 years relevant experience in handling Project Maintenance and Services Strategic, People, Business Cost, Efficiency Improvement, Integrated Planning, and Safety matters.
Fully qualified and minimum 5 years experience in managing a team work to develop team strategy, develop planning, innovation, predictive and preventive maintenance, trouble shooting minor and major repair on Solar gas turbine equipments include supporting equipments.
Proven good track record in offshore gas facility turbo machinery maintenance position, at least 8 years.
Demonstrated leadership, networking and influencing skills, Excellence coaching and team building skills.
Good communication skill both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Computer literacy and familiar with MS project and MS Office.
Strong analytical skill to observe, evaluate and calculate.
Have a leadership experience for 5 years in managing 24 technical personnel team.
