NexWave Technologies is a regional provider of mobile network engineering services. The company designs, builds and manages mobile telecommunication networks for telecoms equipment vendors and service operators in Asia-Pacific, enabling the successful implementation of GSM, GPRS, CDMA, 3G/UMTS networks. These are complemented by our comprehensive range of quality engineering services: project management, RF engineering & optimization, in-building coverage and macro-cellular telecoms implementation.

PT NexWave as a subsidiary of NexWave Technologies needs high qualified professional to join our team as:

Project Manager for Planning & Optimization

JOB PURPOSE

To assist Senior Manager in the overall success of the project, on-time, on-spec & on-budget.
He/She will be working closely with appropriate functional managers to ensure that all project objectives are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the central point of contact for all formal, project-related communications between PT NexWave & customers after opportunity awarded.
Ensure that all Project Team members are aware of their responsibilities and commitments and that they perform as promised.
Ensure that all contractual commitments are fulfilled on time, within budget, and to complete customer satisfaction and delight.
Ensure that a system is in place to document and control contractual performance.
Prepare a realistic, detailed Project Plan, and obtain agreement to the plan from both PT NexWave and customers.
Control cost, schedule, and technical variance from the plan.
Report project status to customer & management on a regular basis.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

Qualification

Bachelor Degree Graduated w/ subject Telecommunication or IT
Has technical/on-site experience as Deployment Engineer/Manager
Understand & able to realize Contractual Terms/Obligations
Able to provide Project Scheduling, Reporting & set-up customer meeting
Good personality, easy going, can build good communication w/ internal & external on daily basis
Willing to work hard & complete the job on-time
Ready to handle multiple projects
Willing to work on project outside Jakarta
