PROJECT EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ Bsc in Building/ Real Estate Mgt/ Building Services or Equivalent
• 1-3yrs of related experience
• Good Oral & Written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and able to work with all levels
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Applications)

SCOPE OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Completed Units/ Properties are Customers Ready
• Periodic Site Inspections for QAQC and Good Workmanship
• In charge of Handing over Completed Units/ Properties to Purchasers/ MCST
• Responsible for all Customer Feedbacks and follow up actions for assigned Properties/ Projects.
• Able to co-ordinate and follow up with Purchasers and Contractors in Customers Feedbacks/ Complaints.
