GlobalTech provides engineering design, project management and supply of custom built system equipment for the oil & gas application. We are looking to strengthen our team with additional staff for the following position:

PROJECT DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Duties and Responsibility

• To endorse/register all receiving documents and update all endorsed documents into the system
• To take charge of receiving, issuing, update of the document master list and maintaining control documents include technical drawings
• Filing
• To assist in any administrative work as assigned from management if required

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years working experiences
• PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel
• Have initiative and positive working attitude
