Project Coordinator

Prerequisites:

  • “A” Level, Diploma Holders or University Graduates
  • Microsoft-office proficient (Word, PowerPoint and Excel are a must)
  • Pleasant with good communication skills, with initiative and independence
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Detailed, organised and meticulous
  • Able to work under pressure and have a flexible mindset with the “can-do” attitude
  • Willing to meet with clients
  • Applicants with experience in bookkeeping are welcomed.

Job Scope: -

  • Organise and track progress of projects
  • Provide accurate information for clients and the management team
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Assist the Project Managers in coordinating meetings
  • Attend meetings and assist in Minutes-writing
  • Assist in scheduling Consultants for Training & Mentoring via phone and email
