We are an established Architectural Practice seeking the following candidates.

Project Architect

Candidate (A) Project Architect

• With minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Design and Authorities submission procedure in Singapore.

Candidate (B) Vietnamese Architect

• With minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Vietnam.

(working experience in Singapore is a preference)

Job Description:

• Sketch design proposal and design development.
• Tender preparation
• Project co-ordination, attend site meetings and administer contract.
• Review all submission drawings to ensure the Architectural/ Building design are complying with the authorities requirement.

Requirement:

• Degree in Architecture
• Committed, independent and diligent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in design and authorities submission procedure
• Good command in English verbally and written.
• Good knowledge and skills for computer aided design software such as AutoCad, 3d Rendering, Sketch-up, Adobe.
