Program Manager, Shenzhen

Job Description:

• To manage assigned accounts on key metrics including contract, demand, on time delivery, CSI, liability, profitability, accounts receivables.
• To act as the liaison between customers and the Company to manage customer relationship.
• To lead a cross functional teams to drives all activities
• To achieve sales objective of business, and to ensure growth and profitability
• Be ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction and business performance

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or Engineering preferred
• At least 5 years of Program Management / Customer Service / Project Management experience in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) / Optical industry.
• Good track record in customer service/ program management/ account management/ project management in EMS / Optical field
• Must have good communication, people and leadership skills.
• Proactive, patient, flexible and quick to learn. Responsible and hard working.
• Strong sense of accuracy.
• Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Able to perform under tight schedules and challenging environment
• Station at Shenzhen
