PROGRAM EXECUTIVES

JOB SCOPE

Sales & Marketing Duties

• Create Awareness via Direct & Web Marketing.
• Liaise with supporting vendors and associates for referral of customers.
• Follow up on Marcom activities to generate leads.
• Carry out telemarketing to targeted prospects.
• Conduct preview talks and information seminars for new enrolments.
• Provide consultations to potential students and assist them in their course enquiries.
• Assist students in their enrolment process.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned form time to time.

Student Service and Administrative Duties

• Acting as student counselor, advising and assisting students on administrative or academic related matters.
• Performing Class transfer, maintaining and preparing the training facilities essential for the lessons.
• Monitoring the class attendances and ensuring students participation rate is desirable for examinations.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned form time to time.

NOTE

• Training will be provided.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

• Contract Employment with one-month probation.

WORKING SCHEDULE

• 5 day-week shift work
