PT. ECCO Tannery Indonesia is first class leather manufacture located 15 minutes from Surabaya and employing 400 people, we invite dinamic and ambitious professionals for the following position :

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PS)

Responsibilities

Coordinate day to day activities of all resources in his responsible shift/area. Achieve targets in terms of quality and quantity. To ensure production process are executed consistently, aligned with the company’s SOP.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S-1) in a relevant discipline (technical/ mechanical/ chemical engineering)
• Minimum of 3 years of production experience.
• Having basic leadership, good problem solving skills.
• Mature, eye for detail, able to work shift, working under pressure
• Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing.
• Age : 30 – 35 years
