In support of our growing business needs, we are seeking for suitably qualified individuals to join us as Production Supervisor.

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise and motivate a team of operators and leaders to meet production output and yield target with 100% target.
Ensure all activities carried out in shop floor are in compliance to the requirement.
Effective manpower planning to achieve labour efficiency and productivity.
Achieve and maintain high accuracy of inventories of raw material and WIP.
Ensure all internal and external audits are passed with non-conformance.
Ensure good 5′S’ are practiced on the line.

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering related fields or equivalent
2 – 3 years’ experiences in manufacturing environment. Preferable in printing industry.
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably Mandarin speaking person
A team player with good communication skills
Willing to perform shirt duty
