Production Operations Manager

Vinarco are currently seeking an Indonesian national to provide for the client business with the following requirements:

• Indonesian National only.
• Must possess a Technical Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or similar Management and supervisory training. Post Graduate qualifications in business management are desirable.
• 15 – 20 years experience and in depth work in Production in the Oil & Gas industry. Previous experience in Indonesia or a foreign environment is mandatory, including 5 years as a Manager.
• Highly developed technical, planning, analytical, communication skills both written and verbal, Interpersonal, commercial and analytical skills.
• Must be, a self-starter who can plan and work independently and in detail.
• Team leadership & Training skills are necessary.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
