PRODUCTION MANAGER(Batam base)/Engineering Manager

Requirements and Responsibilities

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Related
For Production Manager – Min 5 years relevant experience in which 3 yrs in managerial level
For Engineering Manager – Min 5 years components manufacturing operations in which the last 3 years in supervision position
Strong leadership qualities and good interpersonal skill
Good knowledge/ hands on experience in CNC Turning/Machining
Able to lead a team of Engineers/ Technicians
Knowledge in ISO system is an added advantage
