For our branch office in Singapore we are currently looking to fill a vacancy in the following position:

Product Manager Functional

Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support to our worldwide offices
Provide functional support for Equity and Derivatives
Exchanges such as CME, CBOT, Nymex, ICE, LIFFE, Eurex, SGX, HKFE, SFE, ASX; TFX, TSE, TOCOM, OSE, NSE, NCDEX, MCX, DGCX and others
Act as the 3rd Level support representative and work together with the development team for in depth analysis of software problems
Coordinate the communication between the head quarters and remote offices in regards to product functionality and support
Act as a counterpart to the international exchanges in regards to connectivity and release planning
In Cooperation with Research & Development group (R&D) identify new strategic product developments for worldwide markets
Work on the design of new functionality and new products
Support QA group with testing of new software releases, new functionality and release planning
Keep RTS offices informed about upcoming product enhancements and new releases
Product training of RTS staff
Pre-Sales support for new product innovations

Requirements:

Economics or Computer Science degree or comparable business qualifications
Profound knowledge of futures and options trading and theoretical pricing models
Knowledge of electronic trading applications
Sound knowledge of global financial markets, electronic exchanges and financial instruments
Acumen for problem solving
Affinity to IT-related issues
Strong team player with the ability to work on projects independently
Customer oriented, service minded, organisational skills
Readiness to travel at short notice within the same country and abroad
Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore National or EP holder)
