We are one of the leading printers in Hong Kong providing printing services to many of the renowned corporations. We also engage in the production of various paper products and publications under the brand names of Paperhouse Creations, Paperhouse Luxe and Cardination. To fill in the vacancy in our Product Design & Development Department, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the following position.

Product Design & Development Coordinator

Job Description:

Schedule daily work for design team
Reporting to the Product development manager.
Will be responsible for coordinating ODM & OEM projects of paper products and printing materials focus on both local and overseas market.
Will work with sales & production team to ensure the projects come out right & on time.
Assist the seniors in handling daily operation of project traffic.
Coordinate the pre-press & project delivery logistics. (from research to implementation)
Work in sample development, production follow up & material sourcing.
Coordinate with vendors & production team to ensure samples & production come out right & on time.
Coordinate creative projects with focus on design management
Work back and forth with print production dept & suppliers

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree holders
High aesthetic standard and good art sense.
Passion for graphic design is a must.
Hardworking, willing to work under pressure & long hours
Patience & good in keeping up with schedules and deadlines
min 2-3 years of working experiences of relevant disciplines is preferred
Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible individual
Possesses good communication skills
Be a good team player
