Process Integration / Device Engineer

To participate in flash technology development at Hynix
To participate and task force on process technology development
To act as a close interface between Numonyx (both in Korea and Italy R&D teams) and Hynix NAND technology development teams
To act as local (in Korea) interface with Numonyx design team
To create a consolidated methodology for technical reporting written in English

Skills & Qualifications

Has a University Degree in scientific fields such as Physics, Material Science, etc.
Has more than 4 years experience in process integration and/or device engineering in Korean companies, Non-Volatile Flash Memory field is preferred
Good knowledge of basic silicon technology
Familiarity with silicon processing techniques and related equipment, and methodologies to control the silicon conformity and stability
Preferably, has worked for a multinational company or has exposure in dealing with different counterparts
Can speak and write in English

Work Location: Icheon, Korea
