IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT

To keep up with our organizational dynamics, we are looking for highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following positions:

PPMC MANAGER

Technical Requirement:

At least 5 years solid experience as a PPMC Manager in well known garment company
Experienced in managing the production planning activities of all shirt customers for more than 1,000,000 pcs/mth volume
Highly competent in all factory Merchandising processes and activities including:
– Planning, scheduling, organizing and loading of the orders as per the T&A
– Garment sample making
– CMT costing, FOB costing, YY costing
– Motivation / production study
Demonstrate ability to:
– Handle multiple manufacturing facilities
– Utilize factory capacities and ordered materials effectively
High degree of interpersonal and communication skill to interact and deal effectively with internal customers (marketing, production, procurement, etc) and external customers.

General Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Garment Manufacturing Technology / Apparel Merchandising and Marketing / Textile Engineering Technology from a reputable school. A graduate of mentioned disciplines from National Institutes of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is preferable.
Self-starter and works well in a high-pressure environment
Demonstrated skill to lead and develop a large number of professional staff team
Ability to focus on detail with high speed and accuracy
English proficiency equivalent to 500 TOEFL score
Computer literate and adept in MS Office
Enjoy working in an environment with diverse cultural background
At a career stage where stability is important
