Job Description:

To develop and maintain client/server applications, specialising in the area of Risk and Compliance.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience in application and system design with OOA/OOD
Project / hands-on experience with client/server technology.
Knowledge of database design, familiarity with both Sybase and Oracle a must. Experience in SQL scripting, Sybase & Oracle SQL tuning essential.
Working experience with Perl, Sun Solaris scripting
Working experience with PowerBuilder development
Working experience with ETL – Powercenter development is an advantage
Has strong analytical knowledge
Sound knowledge of application security issues such as authentication, authorisation and auditing
Strong communication skills and good command of English. Excellent technical writing skills.
Able to work under pressure, independently and proactively in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
Willing to take challenges
