PLANNING AND CONTROL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

Production scheduling and Materials expediting.
Ensure sufficient materials for production, loading and meeting customer on time delivery.
Maintain minimum stock level and accurate inventory transaction records.
In charge of shipment of finished goods to customer.
Review production schedules, WIP, Materials reports and outstanding work orders.
Liaise with Materials Department and monitoring of parts delivery status.
Manage the inventory for the project.
Overall planning for production capacity and resources based on Sales forecast.
Provide shipment & WIP status update for weekly Operation meeting.

Job Specifications

Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Production Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in Production and Material Control in manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of mechanical parts, electronic components and Kanban System in Lean implementation is required.
