Personal Assistant

Job Scope:

• Provide efficient quotation and support to the Regional Director.
• Ensure confidentiality in all matters dealt with.
• Prepare settlement instructions for remittance and other finance settlements.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skill.
• IT savvy with good experience in MS Office applications.
• Pro-active attitude, able to multitask well and an eye for details.
• Ability to exercise initiative and be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Benefits:

• Flexibility in working at home
• Bonus payout every 6 months
• Salary: SGD 1,200 – 1,500 basic per month
