INTERLIFT SALES PTE LTD, Block 212, Hougang Street 21, #01-331, Singapore 530212, an industrial engineering manufacturing company, specializes in material handling equipment, is currently seeking:

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR

(Based at Hougang Office – Male/Female)

Job Description:

• Support the management in day-to-day affairs of the Company
• Handle HR matters, e.g. recruitment, solving conflicts, disciplinary issues etc
• Support the management in commercial and business development matters
• Support the management in legal, statutory & company secretarial matters
• Support the management in banking and financing matters
• Support the management in dealing with overseas & local principals
• Attend business and management meetings and taking down minutes of meeting
• Generate various management reports and analysis
• Secretarial support, e.g. correspondences, telephone etc.
• And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of related working experience as personal assistant to key staff
• Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthy
• Strong people skill in multi-cultures / nationalities environment
• Qualification in HR field would be advantageous
• Good knowledge / understanding in accounting and finance
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin at all level
• Able to work long hours and achieve goals of given assignments
• Able to promote team work with exceptional leadership
• Analytical with strategic thinking and problem solver
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office software application
• Eyes for details and meticulous with confidentiality towards work
