PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

The Managing Director office is seeking for self motivated, independent, trustworthy individual for assisting the MD in administrative and functional roles of managing the different business units of the company.

The suitable candidates shall be responsible for:

Providing full secretarial support to the Managing Director and assigned Managers.
Managing the general office administration and facility maintenance (includes receiving calls and liaising with customer and suppliers).
Organizing, coordinating, managing conferences, meeting, appointments and travel arrangement.
Preparing presentation materials, correspondence, official documents, reports, and maintaining proper record and filing.
Performing any other duties as necessary.

Job’s Requirement.

Diploma in Accountancy or Finance preferred, other Diploma will still be considered.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
1-2 Years Working Experience. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.
Able to Travel overseas.
Singaporean / PR Only, Foreigner with Singapore Tertiary Educated can be considered.
