Personal Assistant J. Walter Thompson (Singapore) Pte Ltd

Personal Assistant

Reports to: Global Business Director

Location: Central

Salary: between S$3,000.00 – S$4,500.00

Working hours: 5 days week – Mondays to Fridays @ 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Commencement: Immediate

Duties And Responsibility

  • Maintain high level of confidentiality with all personal and professional matter
  • Provide dependable and high quality support to Senior Partners and division teams
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Coordinate complex and extensive travel and diary management – meetings, conferences, and events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience working with Senior Management and/or Global / Regional levels
  • Preferably with experience working in Advertising Industry
  • Good track record in providing secretarial / admin support to top management and departmental support
  • Experience in maintaining complex, ever changing schedules, arranging meetings, client liaison, travel arrangements, tracking expense reports and overall executive support
  • Highly organized, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent professional telephone mannerisms and skills.
  • Must be mature, professional, highly motivated, energetic and resourceful
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management, clients and personnel
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Creative thinking / problem solver
  • Able to communicate well at all level
  • Meticulous in her work
  • Able to work late if required
  • GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma qualification or equivalent professional academic
  • Related experience in administration support with the ability to speak and write good English
  • Good team spirit and analytical with the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Has good commitment and positive attitude
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
