Due to our recent expansion in Singapore, we are seeking suitable candidates to join us as:

Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide the full spectrum of PA/secretarial support to Regional Manager
• Office administration/operations
• Any other ad-hoc work duties when required

Requirements

• Min Diploma, secretarial qualification/training is highly preferred
• Min 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience supporting senior management
• Good working knowledge of MS Office software
• Good communication and people skills
• A strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken/written)
