Patient Service Officers

Patient Service Officer (Admission Office) – Part-time/Full-time

Job Responsiblities:

You will process in-patient admission, process discharge bills and attend to cashiering duties and birth registrations/baby bonus applications. You will be required to handle medisave/medishield claims submission and perform daily discharges of patients from wards.

Part-time position: You will be required to work only morning shift (9am – 1pm or 10am – 2pm)

Full-time position: You will be required to work either 2 rotating day shifts or a pemenant night shift

Job Requirements:

You should possess at least GCE ‘O’ level with at least 1 year’s experience, preferably in a hospital environment. You will be required to work on weekends and public holidays. You should also have a pleasant personality and be service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
