Patient Service Assistant/ Patient Service Officer
The PSA/PSO will manage and provide administrative services pertaining to patient registration, patient discharge, submission of claims, billing and credit control activities and to ensure that the policies and procedures are in compliance with the hospital’s standards, statutory requirements and customer expectations.
Requirements :
- GCE ‘N’/'O’/'A’ level/ Diploma with related experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Pleasant personality and passion for service excellence
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Positive, organized and disciplined
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Position for permanent night duty is also available
