Ascend Education Centre seeks part-time and full-time teachers with an interest in promoting active learning both in and out of the classroom and who have a genuine interest in working as part of a team and in developing their teaching skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join a professional and growing language school.

Part-time and Full-time teachers

Requirements:

• Experience of general English, EAP, ‘Business English’ an advantage.
• Experience of teaching multi-lingual classes is desirable.
• Minimum: Cambridge CELTA / Trinity College Cert TESOL / TESOL certificate (ideally with observed teaching practice) or equivalent plus a first degree.
• Preference given to those with 1 years’ TEFL teaching experience although new CELTA graduates are encouraged to apply. We offer a supportive environment for new teachers.

Please indicate your availability regarding start dates in your cover letter. Prospective teachers will need to have availability for classes between 9.00am and 5:00pm / 7:00p.m and 9:00p.m. during the week.
