Roset Limousine Services Pte Ltd is limousine service provider in the transportation industry. We are seeking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Operations Officer.

OPERATIONS OFFICER

Job Description:

• Daily monitoring of assignments and deployment of vehicles/drivers which include attending to 24 Hours Duty Phone, attending to reservations, despatching assignments and disseminating information etc.
• Ensuring all vehicles (both chauffeur & self drive vehicles) are at tip-top conditions. (Regular servicing, cleaning and grooming of vehicles).
• Maintain vehicle maintenance log file which include date, cost, type of services/repair etc.
• Ensure that the Service Level is fulfilled. (Punctuality, Professionalism, Good Driving Behaviour and Positive Mental Altitude)
• Ensure proper documentation for all assignments

Qualifications:

• Min. GCE ‘O’ level in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
• Possess a valid driving license and a “passion” for vehicles
• Excellent communication skills
• Very independent, highly organized, proactive and able to multitask
• Able to work under tight schedule, irregular hours and stressful environment
