Operations Manager

Description:

• His/her primary responsibilities will be to oversee the operations
• To ensure that all staffs are trained and/or have appropriate experience to perform the respective task independently.
• Manage communication within the project and with Germany Headquarter.
• Monitor project progress and performance. Ensure project outputs are delivered on time.

Requirement

• Possess a graduate degree in Engineering.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience of which at least the last 3 should be in a similar leadership position.
• Relevant general management experience in manufacturing operations, specially exposure to SMT and COB assembly would be essential.
• Good communication and facilitation skills
• Outgoing personality with an open mind, dynamic, flexible and the ability to work and interact with all levels.
