Operations Manager (Based in Middle East)

Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations and supervision of the various business units: Technical Services (M&E), Building Services, Security, Cleaning and Carpark.
Responsible for customer relations management and business operations processes to meet customers’ expectations and business needs.
Provide high-level client interface and accounts management
Develop Company’s standard operation procedure and internal work flow, and continue with implementation plans to achieve target results.
Identify new business and growth opportunities for business expansion
Perform any other duties as and when directed by the General Manager

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary education and/or post graduate degree
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management
Maturity coupled with the ability to deal with issues and challenges and provide practical solutions
Strong commercial/business acumen
Good people management skills, presentation and communication skills
Excellent networking and client management skills
Self-driven, resourceful and a good team player
Willing to be posted overseas for at least 1-2 years
