AZ Marine Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aztech Systems Limited, engages in ownership, chartering, operation and management of sea going vessels and provision of marine transportation services.

We are now seeking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

Operations Manager (Marine)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of vessel chartering, brokerage and operations
• Control and manage operations cost
• Manage and provide operational support to the Company’s fleet of vessels
• Lead and supervise a team to ensure all crews and vessels clearance matters are attended to promptly
• Manage Company’s fleet of vessels during a crisis (flood, strong winds, etc)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Maritime transportation or related discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience in marine logistics industry
• Preferably experience as Captain of ship
• Good knowledge of Customs & Excise regulations and Port Clearance
• Possess strong analytical, good leadership and supervisory skills
• Highly organised, drive and an independent person
• Excellent interpersonal skills and profiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia
