Tornado will be the largest entertainment outlet in Singapore to be launched first quarter of 2009. The approximate space of 32,000square feet consists of F&B, amusement and intelligent gaming located at the heart of Singapore. We are looking for enthusiastic, independent and creative individuals to join us as

OPERATIONS MANAGER/ ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

To manage and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the amusement arcade funland
To ensure that all machines are operating in good condition
To handle front-desk customer servicing or complaints if necessary
To ensure proper closure of accounts for daily operation
To manage a team of crews and provide necessary trainings

Requirements:

A good team player and able to lead, organize and manage a team of crews
Strong knowledge of media and loyalty programs
Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel
Able to work independently
Able to work shift duties and weekends
Min 2 years experience with Arcade/ Amusement/ Entertainment industry preferred
Have held a supervisory/ managerial position in a Arcade/ Amusement/ Entertainment industry is preferred
